Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These Terms and Conditions, including the Returns, Refunds & Warranty section below, govern your use of fusionflight.com and any order placed with FusionFlight ("we," "us," "FusionFlight"), a business based in Texas, United States. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

Summary: FusionFlight products are generally built to order. All sales are final — we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. Every product carries a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

1. Products and orders

Product descriptions, specifications, and images on this site are provided for general reference. Products are generally built to order, and some may be experimental or beta units intended for testing and evaluation, as noted on the relevant product page. An order is only confirmed once FusionFlight issues a signed invoice and the buyer returns a signed copy, as described in Section 3 below.

Most FusionFlight products are manufactured specifically for your order. Lead times vary by product and current production schedule, so we don't publish a fixed lead time here. Contact us at info@fusionflight.com before ordering to confirm the current lead time for the product you want.

A product may occasionally be available from existing stock. When this is the case, the standard lead time does not apply, and payment in full (100%) is due upfront, prior to shipment (see Section 3). Contact us at info@fusionflight.com to check whether the product you're interested in is currently in stock.

2. Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice until an invoice is issued. Custom configurations, options, or export-related costs may affect final pricing, as reflected on your invoice.

3. Payment terms

  • Built-to-order items: always a 50% deposit by wire transfer to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
  • In-stock items: require full payment (100%) by wire transfer before the item ships.

Every order is accompanied by a signed invoice. The invoice sets out these payment terms, including that the deposit (or full payment, for in-stock items) is non-refundable once it clears. The buyer must sign the invoice and return a copy to FusionFlight before wiring any funds. Your signed invoice is the governing agreement for your order, alongside these Terms.

4. Returns, refunds, and warranty

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, for any reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong configuration, or a change in your requirements after payment. Once your wire transfer clears FusionFlight's bank account, your deposit (or full payment, for in-stock items) is non-refundable, and production begins. This applies equally to built-to-order and in-stock products. There is no inspection period or return window of any kind. Your only recourse for a product issue is the warranty below.

One-year limited warranty

Each product carries a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Not covered: misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, use of unsuitable fuel or operating conditions, crash or impact damage, normal wear, and damage from testing or experimental use beyond the product's documented operation.
  • To make a claim: email info@fusionflight.com with your order number, the serial number if available, and a description of the problem with photos or video.

How servicing and repairs are handled

This applies to routine servicing, warranty repairs, and non-warranty repairs alike:

  • Turbine servicing and repairs — including routine 50-hour service, warranty repairs, and non-warranty repairs — are carried out by a specialized repair shop that FusionFlight appoints based on the buyer's location. The buyer is responsible for removing the turbine, following the instructions in the product manual, and shipping it to the appointed shop.
  • All other systems (i.e. everything other than the turbine) are serviced and repaired at FusionFlight's own facility, for both warranty and non-warranty work.
  • Shipping costs: the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with servicing or a repair, whether or not it is covered under warranty.
  • Self-installed repairs: for either warranty or non-warranty repairs, FusionFlight may instead choose to ship a replacement part directly to the buyer, along with instructions, so the buyer can perform the repair themselves.

5. Export compliance

FusionFlight products, including drones, turbines, and aircraft components, may be subject to U.S. export control laws and the import laws of the destination country. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to receive, possess, and use the product in your country, and that you will comply with all applicable export, import, and end-use laws and regulations. FusionFlight may decline, delay, or cancel an order if we are unable to confirm lawful export or import, or if the buyer or destination is subject to applicable trade restrictions or sanctions.

6. Operation and liability

FusionFlight products, including turbines, drones, and VTOL aircraft, involve inherent operating risks, including risks associated with combustion, rotating machinery, and flight. You are solely responsible for operating any FusionFlight product safely, in accordance with the product manual, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, aviation and UAV regulations).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FusionFlight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, operation, or use of our products, including property damage, personal injury, or loss of use, except as expressly provided under the warranty in Section 4. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

7. Experimental and beta products

Products described as beta, pre-order, or experimental (such as units in flight testing or ground testing) are provided for testing and evaluation purposes. These products may not have completed full certification or validation, and buyers accept this additional risk when ordering such a product.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and specifications, is the property of FusionFlight or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant any license to FusionFlight's designs, trademarks, trade secrets, or intellectual property, and buyers may not reverse-engineer, disassemble for competitive purposes, or copy FusionFlight's proprietary technology.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any order placed with FusionFlight, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or a new order after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
